Complete Low Voltage Design services for the interior renovation of an existing historic building being redeveloped into a Hilton Tapestry Hotel. Infinity Systems provided full design and engineering for all Low Voltage Systems, including: • Structured Cabling Infrastructure • Audio-Visual Systems for guest and public spaces • CCTV Camera Systems • Intrusion Detection and Monitoring • Duress & Emergency Notification Systems • Intercom and Communication Systems All systems were designed to support hotel operations, guest experience, security, and brand standards while accommodating the unique constraints of a historic building renovation.
1111 S. Tryon
Low Voltage Design of the eABF DuraLine Microduct Network Backbone for both the Base Building and Service Provider Networks, with full system redundancy. The design encompassed all pathway and infrastructure requirements for the NetPOP, Main Distribution Room, and more than 15 Telecommunications Rooms (TRs) throughout the mixed-use 409-unit luxury residential tower. Scope included comprehensive low-voltage systems planning for all amenity spaces, including the golf simulator, pool, business center, and all resident common areas. The design ensured robust fiber and microduct distribution to support building operations, resident services, and carrier-grade connectivity for multiple service providers.
Collective Phase II
Development of comprehensive Low Voltage (LV) Design Drawings for all systems, including coordination with the Owner's Design Team to relocate existing Service Provider infrastructure in preparation for new construction. ISDS's responsibilities include full system design for Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, Security (Access Control and Cameras), and Intercom across 20 floors and 340 apartment units. The scope also includes complete LV systems design for all ground-floor and seventh-floor amenities and common spaces. ISDS provided engineering and consulting services while collaborating directly with Service Providers to ensure seamless transitions, uninterrupted service continuity, and fully coordinated installation pathways throughout the project.
Andretti Indoor Karting
Completed full design, specifications, and construction-ready drawings for all Low Voltage (LV) systems, working closely with Ownership, IT, and Construction teams to ensure every system was fully accounted for, coordinated, and implemented correctly. Scope of design includes: • Structured Cabling Systems (ISP/OSP, fiber, copper, MDF/IDF, pathways) • Audio-Visual Systems for meeting rooms, event spaces, and common areas • Avigilon Security Systems including access control, cameras, intercoms, and monitoring Artnet LED Track Lighting Systems, including full programming coordination, safety-critical integration, and end-to-end management of electrical power delivery to the track. Extension of existing Low Voltage systems for the interior addition and renovation of an existing 3 story building.
